What verification do I need to complete?
Your ID is the only compulsory step — our team checks it before your profile goes live. Beyond that, every additional item you verify earns a badge that customers can see. How long you've been trading is verified against your submitted founding year. If you're a registered company, we check your Companies House registration details. Optionally uploading your public liability insurance certificate earns you the 'Insured' badge. Verification typically takes 1–2 business days, and unverified accounts can use the operational tools while waiting, but making false cases may lead to a suspension or permanent ban.
How does payment protection work for my own customers?
Payment is handled however suits you and your customer: bank transfer, cash — anything you agree on. Add your payment instructions to a quote so the customer knows exactly how to pay you. TruePro doesn't process the payment and charges nothing.
Can I add my whole team?
Yes. Add as many technicians, dispatchers, and lead technicians as you need. You can also add crew members — workers without their own TruePro account — who appear on job pages and the route planner by name.
